Chris Peters

Chris graduated from the University of Manchester in 2010 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. He began his career as a general manager in a home delivery company. The business also had extensive residential and commercial lettings and his interest in property was sparked when he was asked to take on responsibility for the day-to-day management of this.

More recently Chris has developed an industrial site for commercial lettings and was responsible for ensuring that it was reformed and refurbished to suit the needs of incumbent tenants.

Chris joined Neil Douglas in 2016. He oversees the management and administration of the developments he is responsible for. He carries out routine property inspections, arranges maintenance works, answers enquiries from leaseholders and tenants.

Chris is first port of contact for the directors of the estates he manages and he is responsible for preparing service charge budgets, checking insurance is placed, producing regular reports, and attending and administering meetings.
