It is our purpose to deliver an exceptional service to all our customers, whether that be residents, leaseholders, or clients. Occasionally however, there may be instances when we deal with an individual whose behaviour is considered unreasonable. We do not expect our staff to tolerate unreasonable behaviour and such instances will be handled in accordance with our unreasonable behaviour policy.
